Jenna (Hoff) Roeder left her mark by setting program records in both the pool and on the courts during her career. Hoff is the 10th person associated with the swimming program and the sixth with the tennis program to earn induction into the Athletics Hall of Fame.

A four-year letterwinner in tennis from Montoursville, Pa., Hoff broke the school-record of 31 singles wins set by her teammate of three years, Joy Graeff, finishing her career with a 32-10 mark, still the sixth-best record in program history. As a senior, she rose to the No. 2 singles slot, going 9-0 and 11-1 overall while leading the team to its first Freedom League regular season title and capped off her career by reaching the semifinals of the MAC Individual Championships.

In all, she helped the Warrior tennis team to a 28-12 record during her time in the program.

She joined the swim team as a junior in 1996 and also had an immediate impact, leading the Warriors to a school-record 13 dual meet wins and the MAC Championship in 1997. She was a part of three school-record setting relay teams and won MAC titles in both the 50-yard freestyle (25.82) and 100-yard butterfly (1:03.69). As a senior, she finished second in the 50-yard freestyle in a school-record 25.45.

Hoff was also a five-time member of the Academic Honor Roll, earning three selections in tennis and two in swimming.

After graduating from Lycoming, Hoff went on to get a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Curriculum along with a K-12 Principal’s Certification from Penn State.  She served as both a teacher and administrator for 10 years before becoming a full-time parent in 2009. She has just recently taken on a new challenge as a writer and content creator for a website. She lives in Harrisburg, Pa., with her husband, Chuck, and their three children, six-year-old twins and a 10-year old.
