2011 Beyond College Sports Network Honorable Mention All-American

Kicker Zack Czap, who earned his first All-American honors from the Beyond College Sports Network in 2011, was the MAC’s top placekicker during his sophomore year, as he led the MAC in scoring by kickers at 7.3 points per game and added a league-tops 12 field goals. Czap, a First Team All-MAC kicker and Second Team punter, hit the longest field goal in the MAC this season, canning a 45-yarder at Stevenson, and nailed his last nine attempts of the year, all of which came in conference play. He also posted three MAC Special Teams of the Week awards. As a punter, Czap, who was a First Team All-MAC punter as a freshman, finished sixth in the league with a 33.0 yard average, but he booted 16 of his 49 punts inside the 20-yard line.
