Defensive lineman Anthony Marascio, who was the first Lycoming player to earn the MAC Defensive Player of the Year award, led the MAC in tackles for loss with 20 and finished tied for third in the league with 8.5 sacks, helping him earn a slew of postseason awards in 2011. He was also named to the AFCA All-American squad, the D3football.com Second Team, the AP Little All-America Third Team, the Beyond College Sports Network All-American First Team and the D3ProDay.com All-American First Team.
 
Marascio earned two D3Football.com Team of the Week honors during the year, posting five tackles for loss at Lebanon Valley and 2.5 sacks against Rowan. He also added a Beyond Sports Network Athlete of the Week mention after another five tackle for loss game against Wilkes. A 6-2 Philadelphia, Pa., native, Marascio led the Warriors with 59 tackles, the second year in a row that he led the team in tackles. A D3ProDay.com and USA College Football Network Preseason All-American, Mariscio is the first consensus All-American for the football program since offensive lineman Matt Mendola earned three All-American honors in 2003.
