GETTYSBURG, Pa. – With four Lycoming College women's cross country runners posting times of less than 26:30 on the 6K course, the team posted an 11
th-place finish in a field of 25 teams at the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 15.

Freshman
Kaylee Long (Milton, Pa./Milton Area) led the team with a  35
th-place finish in the field of 260 runners, posting a time of 24:35.8, just 19 seconds off her career-best time set last week at DeSales. Senior
Sarah Donovan (Bergen, N.Y./Byron-Bergen) took 93
rd in a season-best 26:19.7, junior
Rachel Fritz (Honesdale, Pa./Honesdale) took 96
th in 26:23.6 and senior
Victoria Wilson (Ringwood, N.J./Lakeland) took 99
th in a career-best 26:25.9.

Junior
Lindsay Smith (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) added a 27:51.4 to take 148
th to round out the team's scoring five, while sophomore
Haby Goloko (Baltimore, Md./Digital Harbor) finished in 29:15.3 and senior
Jordyn Reilly (Cressona, Pa./Blue Mountain) added a career-best 29:22.3 to also factor in the scoring.

Kayla Nowak (Newtown, Conn./Newtown) also posted a career-best time of 33:09.4 and senior
Courtney Forry (Abbottstown, Pa./Cocalico) finished with a  season-best 38:15.8 to highlight the rest of Lycoming's 14 entrants.

On the men's side, freshman
Quincy Amabile (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg Area) posted another solid race, finishing in 38
th in a field of 267 runners with a time of 27:17.2, just 11 seconds off his school-record pace set last weekend at DeSales.

Jacob Miller (Cooperstown, N.Y./Cooperstown Central) finished second for the team in 156
th, posting a time of 29:50.0, junior
Joseph Ingrum (Lodi, Calif./Lodi) took 180
th in 30:37.8, freshman
Gustavo Vergara (Santa Ana, Calif./Valley) finished in 31:02.5 to take 191
st and freshman
James Wait notched a time of 31:35.9 to take 203
rd to round out the top five, as all four runners in the 2-5 slots posted season-best times to help the team take 20
th in the field of 26 teams.

Donald Keys (Erie, Pa./Northwest Pennsylvania Collegiate Academy) finished in 33:33.3 and junior
Sean Hastings (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) added a time of 34:02.4 to round out the runners that factored into scoring. Sophomore
Dominic Lyons (Dundee, N.Y./Dundee) also finished in a career-best 38:01.7 to highlight the rest of the team's 11-runner field.

The Warriors will get back in action on Friday, Oct. 21, when they head to the Lebanon Valley College-Last Chance Run Fast in Union Canal Tunnel Park, as the women will race at 4:30 p.m. and the men at 5:15 p.m. Â
