2016: Second Team All-MAC … first Warrior to earn All-MAC honors in 15 years in men’s cross country … ran in seven meets … led team in all seven meets and finished in top five twice, top 15 four times and top 50 six times … finished 12th at MAC Championships in 27:21.2 … set school-record with a time of 26:44 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals while finishing 78th … debuted by taking third at Highlander Invitational in 28:17.08 … finished second at LVC Last Chance Run Fast in 27:43.6, earning the first men’s MAC Runner of the Week award in program history … tied school record in 27:06 at DeSales Invitational while taking 45th before breaking record at regionals … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

High School: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Mifflinburg Area … helped team win 2015 District 4 cross country championship ... a four-time state championship qualifier … finished 12th in the District 4 Championship as a freshman, third as sophomore and junior and fourth as a senior … finished 27th at PIAA meet as a junior and 26th as a senior … posted career-best time of 5K time of 16:24.49 at the Ben Bloser Bulldog Cross Country Invitational … won District 4 title in 3,200-meters as a junior in 9:44.98 and finished 23rd at state meet in career-best 9:36.18.
