2017: Competed in all nine events … posted a season-best time of 32:27.8 with a 322^nd finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional … ran at the MAC Championships where he notched a time of 32:40.4, good for 117^th place … shaved off time in his final four races, improving by 15 seconds.
 
2016: Ran in all nine events … took 15^th at the Highlander Invitational in 33:23.10, finished in top 25 twice and top 50 three times … posted season-best time of 30:37.8 at the Gettysburg Invitational … took third on the team at the MAC Championships, finishing 11^th in 31:46.1 … added a time of 31:20 to take fifth on the team at the NCAA Mideast Regional … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2015: Competed in four events ... recorded a season-best time of 32:44.80 at the Highlander Invite, placing 58^th overall and fifth on the team ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
 
2014: Ran in eight events ... recorded his career-high best time of 30:12.92 at the MAC Championships, finishing fourth on the team.

High School: Helped team to share of league title as a senior.

Personal: Son of Daniel and Carol Ingrum ... an archaeology and history major ... favorite book is “The Hunger Games” ... favorite movie is “Anchorman” ... favorite actor is Robert Downey Jr ... favorite musical artist is AC/DC ... dream is to work for the Smithsonian Institute.
