WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – All seven runners for the Lycoming College women's cross country team notched career-bests and junior
Katryn Yocum (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs) smashed the school-record 6K time by nearly a minute at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals on Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Lock Haven University Cross Country course.

Yocum posted a time of 22:51.4 to finish 44
th in the field 204 runners, the best-ever finish for a Warrior at the regional, while besting the previous-best school-record time of 23:48.7 set by Kaylee Long in 2019 by 57 seconds and pacing the team to a 23
rd-place finish, the best team finish in program history.

She wasn't the only one to leave a mark in the record-book, as senior
Ali Clemens (Souderton, Pa./ Souderton Area) posted a 24:07.8 to finish 89
th with the third-fastest time in program history. Senior
Claire Shaffer (Sayre, Pa./ Sayre Area) finished with a career-best 26:13.2 to take 155
th with the 11
th-fastest time in program history, just ahead of first-year
Ella Scott (Bethlehem, Pa/ Liberty), who notched a 26:20.2 to take 160th.

Maddy O'Connor (Mechanicsburg, Pa./ Cumberland Valley) had a career-best time of 28:09.5 to round out the top five and finish 184
th, first-year
Sydney Taylor (Troy, Pa/ Troy) was close behind in 28:20.1 time and junior
Isabella Fave (Middleburg, Pa/ Midd-West) added a career-best time of 28:38.9.

Sophomore
Kenneth Draper (Hughesville, Pa./Hughesville) led the Lycoming College men's cross-country team with a 28:10.3 time to finish 141
st in a field of 211 runners as the team finished 29
th in a field of 31 teams.

Cael Owen (Gillett, Pa./Horseheads) took 172
nd in 29:22.6 and first-year
Avery Rosan (Frederica, Del./Polytech) notched a 30:46.1. Junior
Sean McKenna (Campbell, N.Y./Campbell-Savona) added a career-best 31:55.2 and first-year
Joshua Sellers (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) added a career-best 36:14.1 to round out the scoring five. Sophomore
Blake Huffman (Georgetown, Del./Sussex Central) also added a career-best time of 36:29.3 for the Warriors.
