• Competed in all eight meets  

• Set a career-best 8K time at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a 27:26.6 finish, placing 128th out of 216 runners  

• Took 51st at Landmark Conference Championship in 27:39.63 

• Finished second out of 23 runners at the Eagle Invite (20:10.4) 

• Placed 54th in a field of 188 runners at the Dutchman XC Invite (28:19.1) 

• A member of the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll 

2023 

• Competed in seven meets during the season 

• Set a career-best 27:50.8 time at the Lock Haven Invitational 8K, ranking 65th in a field of 212 runners  

• Ran the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a 28:10.3 finish, placing 141st out of 211 runners 

• Finished 46th at the Landmark Conference Championships with a 29:17.0  

• Placed fifth in a meet against Penn College (31:59) 

• A member of the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll 

2022   

• Competed in seven races 

• Posted a 29:55.60 finish in his first career 8K race  

• Earned a career-best time of 28:12.0 at the MAC Championships, placing 74th and claiming the ninth-best time in program history at the event 

• Placed 10th out of 64 runners at the Blue & Gold Invitational with a 29:20.20 finish  

• Finished NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a 28:23.2 time, finishing 118th in a field of 222 runners and securing the third-best time for a men’s runner at regionals  

• A member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll  

High School 

• A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Hughesville  

• An integral part of Hughesville’s state championship-winning team as a senior 

• Placed 64th with a time of 18:21.30 at the state championships 

• Finished seventh at districts his senior (17:55.00) and junior (17:53.00) years, 11th as a sophomore (17:59.00) and 17th as a first year (18:30.00).
