HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Sophomore
Kenneth Draper (Hughesville, Pa./Hughesville) led the Lycoming College men's cross country team with a 46
th-place finish in 29:16.9 at the Landmark Conference Championship, helping the team to an eighth-place finish with 215 points at Sunset Golf Club on Friday morning, Oct. 27.

Moravian's Nathan Hajel won the race in 26:08.02, four seconds ahead of teammate Owen Nahf, as Moravian took the team title with 37 points, 11 points ahead of Elizabethtown. The Warriors finished ahead of Goucher and Wilkes.

Draper paced the team once again, but first-year
Cael Owen (Gillett, Pa./Horseheads) was close behind, taking 48
th in the field of 98 runners, finishing in a career-best 29:20.6 and first-year
Avery Rosan (Frederica, Del./Polytech) took 67
th in 30:45.0, just two seconds off his career-best time. Junior
Sean McKenna (Campbell, N.Y./Campbell-Savona) took 88
th in 34:06.0 and first-year
Joshua Sellers (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) rounded out the scoring five in a career-best 38:59.7 on the 8K course.

Blake Huffman (Georgetown, Del./Sussex Central) (41:34.3) and junior
Brandon Chiguichon (Chicago, Ill./ITW David Speer) (46:02.3) also factored into the scoring for Lycoming.

The Warriors wrap up the 2023 season on Saturday, Nov. 11, when they travel to the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional in Lock Haven, with the men's race set for 11 a.m.
