Daniel Moses (Cape May, N.J./Wildwood Catholic) posted a career-best time of 29:20.0 in the men's 8K race and junior
Kaylee Long (Milton, Pa./Milton Area) ran her season-best time of 25:11.9 in the women's 6K race to lead the Lycoming College cross country teams at the Mike Woods Invitational in Geneseo, N.Y., on Saturday morning, Sept. 29.

Amanda Goulden (Wharton, N.J./Morris Hills), and freshman
Robyn Hoch (Kutztown, Pa./Kutztown Area) joined Long in running their best 6K times of the season for the women's squad. Long finished 79
th in the field of 232 runners. Hoch ran a 29:28.8, good enough for 190
th. Goulden ran a time of 30:54.7, finishing 89
th. Senior
Kaitlyn Barmore (Succasunna, N.J. / Roxbury) ran a 33.35.3, earning 216
th, to round out the team's group.
On the men's side, Moses earned a 168
th place finish in a 303-runner field while crossing the 30-minute barrier for the first time this season.

th and freshman

Hunter Jackson (Warrior Mark, Pa./Tyrone Area) finished in 36:31.4, placing 283
rd, to round out the team's finishers.

The Warriors are back in action on Saturday, Oct. 6, when they head to Center Valley, Pa., to compete at the Desales Invitational. The women's race will start at 10:40 a.m. and the men will start at 11:15 a.m.
