2021: A Second Team Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar … competed in eight events … ran a 36:24.9 (129^th) at the MAC Championships and 37:02.3 (212^th) at the NCAA Mideast Regionals … ran a season-best time of 34:05.2 at the DeSales Invitational … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

2020: Member of team during COVID-19-cancelled season … ran in two outdoor track and field meets during the spring … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll … a Third Team Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar … inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the athletics honor society.

2019: Competed in all nine events … ran a season-best 33:23.4 at the MAC Championship … posted a 44th-place finish at the Misericordia Cougar Invite with a time of 34:44.60 … had a 333rd-place finish at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 34:46.5 … MAC Academic Honor Roll selection. 
 
2018: Competed in all eight events … ran a season-best time of 33:34.8 at the Geneseo Invite … finished 125th with a time of 35:12.3 at the MAC Championships … also competed in the Mideast Regional, where he finished 333rd with a time of 35:38 … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll. 
 
High School: A four-year letter winner in track and field and soccer and one- year letter winner in cross country at Chicago Bulls College Prep … ran a career-best time of 2:17.43 in the 800-meter run and a 58.31 in the 400-meter run … helped 4 x 800-meter relay team reach the state championship meet as a senior after he anchored team to a second-place finish at the sectional meet.
