Terrence Oliver (Sharon Hill, Pa./Academy Park) was named the Sol "Woody" Wolf Award winner as Lycoming College's most improved junior athlete at the Senior Athlete Celebration & Athletics Recognition Banquet on Wednesday night, May 6.

Oliver jumped from 757 yards rushing as a first-year player to 1,250 as a junior, the second-most in school history, while his average yards per game shot up from 68.8 to 113.6. He has also dramatically improved as a receiver, jumping from two catches for four yards to 35 catches for 371 yards the past two years. The running back, who is a three-time All-Landmark Conference selection, enters his senior year needing 703 yards to become college's all-time leading rusher.

Oliver was a two-time Second Team All-Landmark Conference pick before moving onto the first team as a junior.

The Sol "Woody" Wolf Award is given to a junior who has shown the most improvement in the intercollegiate competition in his/her first three years at Lycoming College. The award is voted on by Lycoming head coaches and athletic department staff.
