WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Sophomore linebacker
Daniel Atsou (Capitol Heights, Md./Suitland) and senior center
Braedon Hart (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) each picked up a spot on the D3football.com All-Region 2 team, with Atsou taking second-team honors and Hart earning a slot on the third team, the website announced on Thursday, Dec. 10.

Atsou, a First Team All-Landmark Conference selection, emerged as a disruptive force for the Warrior defense, tallying 84 tackles and 14.0 tackles for loss, as well as one sack, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and a blocked kick. He ranked fifth in the Landmark in tackles, tied for second in tackles for loss, and was one of just two players in the league with multiple forced and recovered fumbles. He also earned defensive athlete of the week recognition from the conference on Oct. 27.

He is just the second Warrior linebacker to earn D3football.com All-Region honors, joining Kabongo Bukasa '14, who earned the honors in 2012.

Hart, a First Team All-Landmark Conference offensive lineman, earned all-region honors after pacing an offensive line that helped the Warriors run for 1,714 yards this season, second-most in the conference. The line was also solid in pass protection, with Lycoming allowing just 12 sacks all season, the fewest in the Landmark.

Hart is the first Warrior center to be honored with all-region honors in the 21-year history of the teams from D3football.com and just the second offensive lineman, joining two-time pick Cody Moyer '13.

The Warriors finished the 2025 season 5-6 overall and in second place in the Landmark Conference with a 5-1 mark under 18
