WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Following a record-breaking season, the Lycoming College field hockey program had three players selected to the Landmark Conference All-Conference team, as announced by the conference on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Three seniors who helped build the foundation after the program's relaunch in 2022 were all honored, with goalkeeper Isabella Bobé (York Springs, Pa. / Bermudian) and back Halie Woodring (Hummelstown, Pa. / Lower Dauphin) each taking second team honors, while midfielder Tayah Bauer (Duncannon, Pa. / Susquenita) earned honorable mention.Â
Bobè earned a postseason conference honor for the third time, after being named MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year in 2022 and taking Landmark Conference first-team accolades in 2024. She finished second in the league in saves (145) and third in save percentage (.810), with her 8.06 saves per game leading the conference. She graduates as the program's all-time leader in saves (601), wins (24) and shutouts (9).
Woodring is an all-conference honoree for the second time, after being named Honorable Mention All-MAC Freedom in 2022. She finished the season with two goals and five assists, capping off a career in which she scored five goals and added 11 assists in 66 games.Â
Bauer earns her first all-conference honor after a season in which she became a focal point in the Warriors offense, scoring seven goals, second-most on the squad, while adding an assist. She finished her career with a program-record 66 starts, as well as 12 goals and two assists.Â
The Warriors finished the season 10-8, 4-5 in Landmark Conference play under fourth-year coach Allyson Kenyon. Lycoming set program records for wins and conference wins, while posting the program's first winning record since 1978 and qualifying for the Landmark Conference Championship for the first time.
