DALLAS, Pa. – The Lycoming College cross country team wrapped up its spring competition on Friday night, April 23, at the Misericordia Invitational at Mangelsdorf Field.

Five Warriors competed in the 5,000-meter run, with freshman
Ali Clemens (Souderton, Pa./Souderton Area) leading the way in 22:04 to take seventh and freshman
Madisyn Neal (Roaring Branch, Pa./Canton) coming in 23:35.91 to take ninth. Freshman
Hiyori Iai (Zushi, Japan/Yokohama Science Frontier) took 11
th in 24:10.30 and sophomore
Molly Jenkins (Williamsport, Pa./Homeschooled) finished in 26:21. Sophomore
Mariah Rovenolt (Turbotville, Pa./Warriors Run) rounded out the field in 27:08.11.

Laurel Stoppard (York, Pa./Central York) led the women's team with a 17
th-place finish in 3:16.35.

Brandon Gates (Watsontown, Pa./Warrior Run) led the Warriors in the 1,500-meter run, posting a time of 4:53.75 and senior
Dan Moses (Cape May, N.J./Wildwood Catholic) took 12
th in 5:56.44.

Max Hanson (Fort Walton Beach, Fla./Bishop Machebeuf (Colo.)) led the Warriors with a seventh-place finish in 2:16.69 and junior
Diego Pallares (Cicero, Ill./Bulls prep) finished 13
th in 2:30.79.
