CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – With the second-best finish in the Lycoming College women's cross country team's history, first-year
Katryn Yocum (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs) earned Second Team All-Middle Atlantic Conference honors with a 15
th-place finish with the fourth-fastest time in program history to lead the teams at the MAC Championships on the campus of DeSales University on Saturday, Oct. 30.

Yocum recorded a time of 24:33.94, bettering her previous-best time by seven seconds, as she becomes the fifth all-conference honoree in program history, and the highest-placing one since Beth McCarthy took sixth at the 1995 MAC Championships.

Ali Clemens (Souderton, Pa./Souderton) posted a time of 27:43.47 to take 99
th in the field of 155 runners, sophomore
Hiyori Iai (Zushi, Japan/Yokohama Frontier Science) took 127
th in 29:05.87, sophomore
Madisyn Neal (Roaring Branch, Pa./Canton) took 136
th in 29:46.58 and junior
Laurel Stoppard (York, Pa./Central York) rounded out the Warriors' scoring five with a time of 34:12.13.

th in the field of 18 teams. On the men's side, the Warriors finished in 14th place in the field of 18 teams with 424 points.

Elliott Bello (Trumbell, Conn./Trumbell) led the team, finishing 85
th in the field of 141 runners, posting a time of 30:39.61. Senior
Maxwell Hanson (Fort Walton Beach, Fla./Bishop Machebeuf (Colo.)) was right behind, finishing in 30:50.45. Senior
Logan Franquet (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) took 127
th in 35:15.73, senior
Brandon Gates (Watsontown, Pa./Warrior Run) took 128
th in 35:37.33 and senior
Diego Pallares (Cicero, Ill./Chicago Bulls Prep) took 129
th in 36:24.87 to round out the scoring five.

Misericordia won the women's championship with 68 points and Lauren Wick of Lebanon Valley won the individual title in 23:08.29. Messiah won the men's championship with 57 points and Logan Horst won the individual title in 26:33.2.

The Warriors get back at it on Saturday, Nov. 13, when they head to the NCAA Mideast Regionals at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa. The men race at 11 a.m. before the men play at 12 p.m.
