Box Score WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Senior Alhoun Lundy (Hyde Park, N.Y./Franklin D. Roosevelt) won his second singles match of the year at No. 4 singles, but the Lycoming College men's tennis team didn't win another match as the Warriors fell to Susquehanna University, 7-1, on Thursday afternoon, Sept. 14, at Bruce Henry Park.
 
Lundy won his second singles match of the season in as many chances as he picked up the Warriors lone point with a 6-2, 6-2 win over Garrett Deyle at No. 4 singles.
 
The doubles team of senior Rob Smith (Middleburg, Pa./Selinsgrove) and sophomore Mitch Wheary (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) gave Susquehanna's Nick Meale and Ryan Seibert a tough match at No. 1 doubles, falling 8-4.
 
Lycoming falls to 1-2 on the season while Susquehanna improves to 2-0.
 
The Warriors return to the courts on Saturday, Sept. 23, when they head to Wilkes-Barre, Pa., to take on King's (Pa.) College in a non-conference match at 12 p.m.
