Rob Smith (Middleburg, Pa./Selinsgrove) reached 25 career combined wins, as he led the Lycoming College men's tennis team with singles and doubles wins on a sunny Wednesday, March 21, as Lycoming won six of seven singles matches to post a 7-2 win over Clarks Summit at Bruce Henry Park to kick off its spring season.

Smith was not the only Warrior to reach a milestone during the match, as senior
Bryce Jones (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) and junior
Zachary High (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) each reached 20 career combined wins.

Smith, who has 16 singles wins, posted a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 win over Nathan Hubbard at No. 2 singles and teamed with Jones to post an 8-0 win over Hubbard and Yancy Butler at No. 1 doubles for his 10
th doubles win. Jones, meanwhile, now has nine singles wins and 11 doubles wins in his career.

High reached 20 career wins with his seventh singles win, a 6-2, 6-2 win over Evan Self at No. 5 singles and his 13
th doubles win, an 8-1 win with senior partner
Josh Cram (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) at No. 3.

Cram, playing his first varsity match with the Warriors (3-4 overall), also provided the match's penultimate fifth point, posting a 6-4, 6-4 win over Josh Eichelberger at No. 6.

Evan Bennetch (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Bible Baptist School) posted a 6-0, 6-1 win over Yancy Butler at No. 3 singles and freshman
Mitch Wheary (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) added a 7-5, 6-3 win over Ian Self at No. 4 singles to round out Lycoming's seven points.
