Box Score MADISON, N.J. – Senior Rob Smith (Middleburg, Pa./Selinsgrove) took an 8-6 win at No. 2 singles, but the Lycoming College men's tennis team fell to FDU-Florham, 8-1, on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 8.
 
Smith now has four singles wins on the season, tied with senior Alhoun Lundy (Hyde Park, N.Y./Franklin D. Roosevelt) for the team lead.
 
Smith and sophomore Mitch Wheary (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) gave Kevin Weller and Max Moscowiz a tough match at No. 1 doubles, falling 8-3.
 
The Warriors (3-4 overall) return to the courts for the MAC Individual Championships, as the two-day event begins on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 9 a.m. at Wilkes-Barre's Kirby Park. FDU-Florham improved to 4-0 overall.
