Zackary Collevechio (Summit Hill, Pa./Panther Valley) finished the season third in school history with 23 combined wins as he notched a singles and doubles win to lead the Lycoming College men's tennis team, but the team fell to MAC Commonwealth foe Albright College, 6-3, in the season finale on Saturday, April 30.

Collevechio finished the year with a 12-7 singles record and 11-8 doubles mark, as he finished the year with a 23-15 overall record, tying him with Dave Mitchell (1961) for third in program history in combined wins in a season. His 12 wins are also third in program history, tied with David Brown, Alex Beattie and
Jason Mifsud, who all notched the mark in 2010. His 11 doubles wins are fifth in program history, tied with Robert and David Brown, who won reached that mark in 2011.

Collevechio teamed with junior
Evan Bennetch (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Bible Baptist School) to post an 8-2 win over Coleman Mitchell and Dylan Rutt at No. 3 doubles. He followed that with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Mitchell at No. 5 singles.

Joe Amento (Ambler, Pa./Abington Friends School) added a 6-4, 6-2 win over Rutt at No. 4 singles in his final career match.

The Warriors finished the year 6-11 overall and 1-6 in the MAC Commonwealth, as they improved upon their 2014-15 record by posting five more wins. Albright finished its season 3-13-1 overall and 2-4-1 in the MAC Commonwealth.
