WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Lycoming College men's tennis team fell to Hood College, 9-0, in Commonwealth Conference action on Saturday, April 12, at Bruce Henry Park. Lycoming fell to 0-8 overall and 0-3 in the Commonwealth and Hood improved to 1-10 overall and 1-3 in the Commonwealth.
 
The Warriors came excruciatingly close in two matches, with senior Jordan Dubinsky (Barnegat, N.J./Barnegat) narrowly falling, 6-0, 3-6, 12-10, at No. 4 singles to Chad Love and freshman Evan Bennetch (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Baptist Bible School) falling 9-8 (5) to Philip Roedig at No. 5.
 
The Warriors get back on the court on Wednesday, April 16, when they head to Albright for a 3 p.m. Commonwealth Conference match.
