WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Senior Jason Mifsud (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) won his 65^th career match as a Lycoming College men’s tennis player, as he posted wins in both singles and doubles, but the Warriors fell to Juniata College, 7-2, in non-conference action at Bruce Henry Park on a windy Wednesday, April 3.
 
Mifsud teamed with senior partner Cody Heffner (Williamsport, Pa./Muncy) to post an 8-1 win over Elliott Perow and Bryan Gregory in the top-flight of doubles. In singles play, he notched his 65^th win, posting a 6-4, 6-4 win over Justin Wisniewski, who entered the match with an 8-3 record.
 
The Eagles (7-4 overall), however, posted wins in both other flights of doubles and in five flights of singles to notch the win. The Warriors fell to 1-3 overall.
 
The Warriors get back in action on Saturday, April 6, when they face Alvernia in a Commonwealth Conference doubleheader with the women at 12 p.m.
