A game-winning goal and pacing the Lycoming College women's soccer team to a pair of standout defensive efforts has helped junior Haley Schafer earn her first career Warrior of the Week award. Schafer scored the game-winning goal via a direct kick that just curled inside the post for a 1-0 winner over King's, then played all 90 minutes as a center back as Lycoming stopped an eight-game skid against Susquehanna as the team posted a 1-1 draw.

Schafer has started seven games this year and has a goal and an assist for the 4-1-4 women's soccer team.
