After averaging 16.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.0 blocks, 1.0 steal and 1.0 assist as Lycoming went 2-1 in its opening week of the season, sophomore Erica Lutz has earned her first career Warrior of the Week award. Lutz posted 14 points, eight rebounds and tied career high with five blocks, becoming the first player in school history to post five blocks in a game three times. She played just 19 minutes to lead the Warriors to a school-record 118 points in 118-56 win over Penn St.-Hazleton. Lutz also earned a spot on the York Coaches vs. Cancer Classic All-Tournament Team after averaging 17.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks in a pair of games over the weekend. She had 14 points, five rebounds and two blocks in a 65-59 loss to Geneseo, the top team receiving votes in the D3hoops.com poll and added a career-high 21 points, eight rebounds and two blocks, hitting 10-of-12 shots from the floor, to help Warriors to a 67-58 over perennial AMCC powerhouse La Roche.
