Eli Crum (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs) and junior 149-pounder
Kobin Karper (Boiling Springs, Pa./Boiling Springs) each earned NWCA Scholar All-American honors, the organization announced on Friday, March 21.

To be eligible for the NWCA Scholar All-American award, a student-athlete must carry a cumulative GPA better than 3.20 or have earned a 3.20 GPA in the past two semesters and meet one of three criteria: qualify for the NCAA Championships, place in the NCAA Regional or win more than 66 percent of his matches.

Karper earned the award for the third straight year and Crum repeated the honor after being placed on the team in 2023-24.

Crum, an economics major, wrestled at 184 pounds going 25-10 overall and 13-3 in dual meets. He recorded six falls, a school-record 15 tech falls, a major decision and three decisions. Crum also finished fourth at the NCAA Region 2 Qualifier after taking fifth at the regional as a sophomore. The junior is 76-35 in his career with a school-record 30 technical falls.

Karper, a psychology major, wrapped up his sophomore season with a 20-8 record at 149 pounds. He recorded five falls, eight tech falls, four major decisions and a decision. A two-time regional placewinner, Karper was 1-2 at the regional this year. The junior is 58-20 in his career.

The Warriors finished the 2024-25 season with a 12-4 record, placing fifth at the NCAA Region 2 qualifier under 32nd-year head coachÂ
