WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Lycoming College senior midfielder Evan Unser (Smithtown, N.Y./Smithtown West) was honored as part of the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Men's At-Large Team for the men's lacrosse team, the organization announced on Tuesday, June 25.
 
Unser, a criminal justice major, appeared in 13 of the team's 14 games in 2024, posting four goals, an assist and scooping up seven groundballs. Unser appeared in 33 games, posting eight goals and two assists in his career.
 
The 2024 Academic All-District® Men's At-Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. In men's lacrosse, eligible student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically, carry at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average and have competed in 90% of the TEAM's total games played OR have started 66% of the team's total games.
 
The Warriors finished 5-9 overall and 2-7 in the Landmark Conference under first-year head coach Tony Mackin in 2024.
