WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Nine members of the Lycoming College swimming teams won individual events in a dominate double dual outing on Senior Day against Wilkes University and Moravian University, with the women beating Wilkes, 90-8, and Moravian, 88-46, and the men downing Wilkes, 91-57, and Moravian, 93-33, on Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Lamade Gym Natatorium.

Augustus Wood (Herndon, Va./Herdon), junior
Elisa DiNicola (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township), junior
Cathryn Brought (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro), and senior
Katherine Brown (Glenside, Pa./Glenside) all took home two individual events apiece with Wood pacing the women's team, swimming two season-best times, the first in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a 12.00.98 and a 1:07.71 in the 100-yard backstroke.

DiNicola took home the 200-yard freestyle at 2:07.82 and a 1:05.32 in the 100-yard butterfly gave her a second win. Brown won the 50-yard freestyle, clocking a 25.74 and a 1:07.48 gave her the 100-yard breaststroke. Brought swam a 2:28.60 for the 200-yard individual medley win and a 56.21 for the 100-yard freestyle win.

Megan Lonergan (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) swam a personal-best 5:52.80 for a victory in the 500-yard freestyle.

Eliot Keith (New Ringgold, Pa./Blue Mountain) and sophomore
Noah Vivian (Barto, Pa./Boyertown Area) won two individual events each as the Warriors took eight of the 11 events. Keith's first win came in the 50-yard freestyle, where he swam a season-best 22.74. In the 100-yard freestyle, Keith took the win with a 51.00. Vivian swam a 1:56.38 for a win in the 200-yard freestyle and 56.65 time in the 100-yard butterfly.

Will Marcinkowski (Philadelphia, Pa./LaSalle College) won the 100-yard breaststroke with his fastest time of the season at 1:02.18. Fellow senior
Matthew Michenfelder (East Windsor, N.J./Hightstown) swam his fastest time of the year in the 200-yard individual medley with a 2:11.22.
