ANNVILLE, Pa. – Senior
Katherine Brown (Glenside, Pa./Abington) and junior
Elisa DiNicola (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) each won three individual events to lead the Lycoming College women's swimming team to a 115-82 win and the Lycoming men's swimming team won eight of 11 events to post a 115-86 win over Lebanon Valley College on Saturday, Oct. 22, at the LVC Pool.
The Warrior women won all nine individual events to improve to 2-0, while Lebanon Valley won the two relays in their season opener to fall to 0-1.
Brown won the 50-meter freestyle (28.26), 100-meter freestyle (1:03.66) and the 100-meter breaststroke (1:15.61) and DiNicola took the 200-meter freestyle (2:26.45), the 100-meter butterfly (1:12.00) and the 400-meter freestyle (5:24.43). First-year
Augustus Wood (Herndon, Va./Herndon) took the 800-meter freestyle (11:04.06) and the 100-meter backstroke (1:15.61) and junior
Cathryn Brought (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro) won the 200-meter individual medley (2:42.79) and she added a second-place finish in the 100-meter freestyle (1:05.18). Junior
Courtney Chapman (Warminster, Pa./William Tenant) also added a second-place finish in the 200-meter freestyle (2:35.75) and first-year
Megan Lonergan (York, Pa./York Suburban) finished second in the 800-meter freestyle in 11:17.49.
The Warrior men also improved to 2-0, as they won eight events, paced by two individual event wins from sophomore
Noah Vivian (Barto, Pa./Boyertown Area), as he earned wins in the 200-meter freestyle (2:14.00) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:03.87).
The Warriors kicked off the meet with a win in the 200-meter medley relay, as junior

Will Marcinkowski (Philadelphia, Pa./LaSalle College), senior
Reilly Gluz (Syracuse, N.Y./Williston Northampton) and junior
Brennan Warner (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro) notched a time of 1:58.81. Zortman also won the 100-meter backstroke (1:08.43) and Marcinkowski took the 100-meter breaststroke in 1:12.91. Gluz took second in the 200-meter freestyle (2:21.16) and the 100-meter butterfly (1:07.07) and Warner finished second in the 200-meter individual medley (2:44.17).

Matthew Michenfelder (Hightstown, N.J./Hightstown) won the 200-meter individual medley in 2:29.46 and took second in the 100-meter backstroke (1:12.04), junior
Eliot Keith (New Ringgold, Pa./Blue Mountain) took the 100-meter freestyle in 57.42 and first-year
Evan Hamm (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville) won the 400-meter freestyle in 5:05.48. Senior
Caleb Reigle (Mount Wolf, Pa./Northeastern) was second in the 400-meter freestyle (5:19.69).
The Warriors get back in the pool on Saturday, Nov. 5, when they visit Frederick, Md., for a double dual meet with host Hood College and Misericordia University slated to start at 1 p.m.
