WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â After a 10-point win over Alvernia, the Lycoming College women's basketball team heads to 15th-ranked Albright College on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 15, looking for an upset to move a step closer to clinching a MAC Commonwealth Championship slot.
The Warriors (15-8 overall, 8-6 MAC Commonwealth) posted a 62-52 win over Alvernia on Wednesday. Senior
Akilah McFadden led the team with 21 points, 11 rebounds and six steals and junior
Erica Lutz added 13 points, 10 rebounds and four assists.
Albright (19-3 overall, 10-3 MAC Commonwealth) fell to Widener, 69-68, on Wednesday. Sophomore Dejah Terrell led the Lions with 24 points, as she broke the school's single-season points record with 498 points this year.
