Allison Fisher (Lower Burrell, Pa./Burrell), junior
Ann-Marie McMurtrie (Centre Hall, Pa./Penns Valley) and sophomore
Jocelyn McCracken (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore Area) all earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators Women's Basketball Academic All-District Team, the organization announced this week.
Eligible student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically, carry at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average and have competed in 90 percent of the institution's games/contests/sets played or have started in at least 66 percent of the games/contests/sets.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Fisher and McMurtrie earned the award for a second straight year while McCracken debuted on the list.
Fisher, a business administration major, started all 25 for the Warriors as a guard. She led the team with 10.2 points per game, leading the conference with 2.4 made 3-pointers per game and she was also ninth in the league with a .305 3-point field goal percentage. She was also third on the team with 5.1 rebounds per game, led the team with 2.2 assists and was second with 0.6 blocks per contest.
McMurtrie, a psychology major with elementary education certification, started all 25 games for the Warriors as a guard/forward, finishing fourth on the team with 6.4 points per game and tying for the team lead with 5.4 rebounds per game. She also led the team with 1.5 steals per game. She was third on the team with a .363 field goal percentage and led the team with a .833 free throw percentage. The junior was also fourth on the squad by averaging 2.0 assists per game.
McCracken, an accounting major, appeared in all 25 games and started 23 for the Warriors as a post player. The sophomore finished second on the team by averaging 9.3 points per game and led the team with a .402 field goal percentage and tied McMurtrie for the team lead with 5.4 rebounds per game. She was second on the team with a .783 free throw percentage, 0.6 blocks and 1.2 steals per game and third with 2.1 assists.
The Warriors finished 2025-26 with an 8-17 record under second-year head coach
