WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After a 17-point win over Juniata in its non-conference finale, the Lycoming College men's basketball team will get into the heart of its MAC Commonwealth play when it hosts Albright on Wednesday, Jan. 8, at 4 p.m.

The Warriors (9-4 overall) defeated Juniata, 73-56, on Sunday, Jan. 5. Junior Darius Dangerfield led the Warriors with 21 points and nine assists. Sophomore D'Andre Edmond scored a season-high 12 points to go with five rebounds and senior Ryan Hollis and freshman Mo Terry both scored 14 points.

Albright is coming off of a 74-63 MAC Commonwealth win over Stevenson on Saturday, Jan. 4. Isaiah Harris led the Lions with 18 points and seven assists. Samuel Majekodunmi scored 13 and Sidney Brown finished with 12.

Warrior Notes
• Lycoming is 10-6 all-time on Jan. 8, last falling to 22nd-ranked Messiah, 79-76, in 2014.

• With a win, the Warriors can reach 10 victories for the 25th year. The team has a 424-240 (.639) record in that span.

• Four of the last 10 meetings between Lycoming and Albright were decided in overtime and all but one of the last 10 were decided by 10 points or less.

• The Warriors are 6-1 when junior Darius Dangerfield  has five or more assists.

• Dangerfield needs eight more points to reach 600 in his career.

• The Warriors are 6-0 when senior Ryan Hollis shoots better than 50 percent from 3-point range.

• Freshman Dyson Harward needs one more block to become the eighth player in school history to block 40 in a season.
