WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â With half of conference play remaining, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will get into the home stretch of its season starting Saturday, Jan. 25, at 1 p.m., when it faces Widener University in a key conference matchup at Lamade Gym.
The Warriors (12-5 overall, 5-3 MAC Commonwealth) have won three straight conference games and six of their last seven games, with the only loss an overtime blemish against 11th-ranked Albright. Senior
Morgan Mader lifted the team past Arcadia with a 3-pointer with 34 seconds left in the 53-50 win.
The Pride (14-3 overall, 6-2 MAC Commonwealth) have split their last six games after rising to 24th in the D3hoops.com poll on Dec. 15. They have won their last two, though, including a 54-44 win over Arcadia, on Jan. 22.
