WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - With half of conference play remaining, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will get into the home stretch of its season starting Saturday, Jan. 25, at 1 p.m., when it faces Widener University in a key conference matchup at Lamade Gym.

The Warriors (12-5 overall, 5-3 MAC Commonwealth) have won three straight conference games and six of their last seven games, with the only loss an overtime blemish against 11th-ranked Albright. Senior Morgan Mader lifted the team past Arcadia with a 3-pointer with 34 seconds left in the 53-50 win.

The Pride (14-3 overall, 6-2 MAC Commonwealth) have split their last six games after rising to 24th in the D3hoops.com poll on Dec. 15. They have won their last two, though, including a 54-44 win over Arcadia, on Jan. 22.

• With a win today, the Warriors can secure the program's seventh straight winning season. The team has posted a 104-67 (.608) record in that span.

• The Warriors are 11-0 when holding opponents to less than 40 percent shooting from the floor. 

• With nine double-doubles this year, junior Erica Lutz needs one more to become the seventh player in school history to post 10 in a season.

• With 519 career rebounds, Lutz needs nine more to tie Kristin Friel (1986-90) for 10th in program history.

• Senior Akilah McFadden needs two more points to become the ninth player in school history to score 1,100 in a career.

• With 223 career steals, McFadden needs five more to tie Rachael Scheller (2009-13) for second in program history.

• With 44 3-pointers made this year, senior Morgan Mader needs four more to tie her own mark set in 2017-18 for fourth in program history.
