WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After a tough loss at Susquehanna, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will open the 2019-20 MAC Commonwealth season by heading to Alvernia University for an 8 p.m. game on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Jack McCloskey Court.
The Warriors (4-2 overall, 0-0 MAC Commonwealth) fell to Susquehanna, 78-65, in their last outing on Sunday, Dec. 1. Senior

Akilah McFadden chipped in 15 points and five steals.
The Golden Wolves (5-1 overall, 0-0 MAC Commonwealth) posted a 66-40 win over Cedar Crest in their last outing on Nov. 26. Alvernia outscored Cedar Crest, 43-15, in the second half and were led by freshman Cathryn Kramer, who posted 13 points and 12 rebounds in the win.

• This is the Warriors' last conference opener in the MAC Commonwealth, as a conference shuffle pushed Lycoming into the MAC Freedom starting in 2020-21.
