WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After three epic one-point games in 2018-19, the Lycoming College women's basketball team and MAC Commonwealth preseason favorite Widener University, the two teams will face off for the first time this season on Saturday, Dec. 14, at 1 p.m. at the Schwartz Athletic Center.
The Warriors (6-3 overall, 2-1 MAC Commonwealth) are looking to rebound from an 80-50 loss to No. 11 Messiah in their last game. Junior
Erica Lutz led the team with 19 points and 11 rebounds.
The Pride (8-0 overall, 2-0 MAC Commonwealth) posted a 90-85 double overtime win at Alvernia in their last outing on Dec. 7. Sophomore Erin Phelan and senior Devan Rimmer each had 30 points to lead the team.
