WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After knocking down a season and conference-best 16 3-pointers in a victory over Lebanon Valley on Wednesday, the Lycoming College men's basketball team is out for their third MAC Commonwealth win when they head to Albright College on Saturday, Jan. 26 at 1 p.m. in the Bollman Center. 

The Warriors (8-11 overall, 2-8 MAC Commonwealth) defeated Lebanon Valley, 70-56, on Jan. 23. Senior Calvin Chandler knocked down a career-high six 3-pointers, while tying his career high of 24 points. Freshman Matt Ilodigwe drilled a career-high five 3-pointers, finishing with 17 points.  

Albright (5-13 overall, 4-6 MAC Commonwealth) fell to Widener, 70-62, on Wednesday. Sophomore Samuel Majekodunmi led three Lions in double figures with 17 points. 

Warrior Notes 

• The Warriors are 13-5 all time on Jan. 26, last defeating Widener, 88-71 in 2013.

• The Warriors are six 3-pointers shy of becoming the first squad since the 2001-02 team to hit 200 in a season.

• The Warriors hold the top (16 vs. Lebanon Valley) and second (15 vs. Hood) slots in the MAC Commonwealth for 3-pointers made in a game this season.

• Three Warriors are within the top 10 in the conference in 3-point field goal percentage (senior Calvin Chandler, seventh, .366; sophomore Darius Dangerfield, eighth, .365; freshman Matt Ilodigwe, ninth, .358).

• Chandler, who became one of 13 players to appear in 100 career games at Lycoming against Lebanon Valley, is averaging 16.6 points and 7.6 rebounds during the last five games.

• Senior Darius James needs three more assists to reach 100 in his career.

• The Warriors are 3-0 when posting 15 or more assists.
