WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â Opening the season by scoring a school-record 118 points, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will head to the York Coaches vs. Cancer Tournament this weekend, facing off with SUNY Geneseo in the opening round on Friday night, Nov. 16, at 7:30 p.m.
The Warriors (1-0 overall) hit 15 3-pointers in a 118-56 triumph over Penn St.-Hazleton. The team was paced by four players that finished in double figures, led by 22 points and six 3-pointers from junior
Morgan Mader. Both juniors
Akilah McFadden and
Kayla Kline had double-doubles.
The Knights (2-0 overall) posted a 67-63 win over William Smith. Sophomore Lindsay Halpin secured the win by scoring seven of her 14 points in the final 1:20.

Ryanna Lamoreaux with 4:45 left in Tuesday's game with Penn St.-Hazleton.
