WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â After a dominating fourth quarter to post its fourth win in five games at Alvernia, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will get back on the court with a chance to clinch a berth in the MAC Commonwealth Championship for the second straight year when they head to Arcadia University for a 3 p.m. game on Saturday, Feb. 4.
The Warriors (13-7 overall, 7-5 MAC Commonwealth) can clinch their fourth appearance in the conference tournament in five years with a win and a Widener loss at Stevenson, as the Warriors have surged with back-to-back wins by an average margin of 23 points.
The Knights (6-14 overall, 2-9 MAC Commonwealth) have dropped six straight games, including a 60-33 loss to No. 22 Messiah in its last outing.
