WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â After posting a pair double-figure conference road wins, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will look to keep rolling on Saturday afternoon, Dec. 9, when it hosts a hot Widener University squad that is fresh off an upset of Albright.
The Warriors (6-2 overall, 2-1 MAC Commonwealth) posted a 63-45 win at Alvernia in its last outing, as senior
Shelby Mueller led the way by becoming the 10th player in program history to cross 1,000 career points in the game. She finished with 16 to go with 16 rebounds.
The Pride (4-3 overall, 1-2 MAC Commonwealth) outscored Albright by 13 points in the fourth quarter to post a 77-70 win. Sophomore Madison Ireland finished with a career-high 28 points.
