WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â After a dominating fourth quarter to help it cruise past Hood, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will look for its second straight win when it heads to Alvernia University for an 8 p.m. MAC Commonwealth game on Wednesday, Dec. 5.
The Warriors (5-2 overall, 1-1 MAC Commonwealth) outscored Hood by 16 points in the final quarter of their 72-56 win on Saturday. Senior
Shelby Mueller led the team with 17 points and a career-high 18 rebounds and both sophomores
Kayla Kline and
Akilah McFadden had 10 points.
The Golden Wolves (3-4 overall, 0-2 MAC Commonwealth) fell to Lebanon Valley, 55-30, in its last outing. Junior Maya Cooper and freshman Emily Theobald each scored a team-high six points.
