WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Averaging nearly 95 points per game through its first two contests, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will face off against 2017 NCAA Tournament team Muhlenberg College in search of an upset in the Scotty Wood Tournament championship game on Saturday night, Nov. 18.

The Warriors (2-0 overall) are coming off a convincing 81-52 win over Valley Forge, as the Warriors held the Patriots to just 35 points in the game's final 30 minutes. Sophomore Kayla Kline led the team with 19 points and eight rebounds.

The Mules (2-0 overall) are receiving votes in the latest D3hoops.com poll and coming off a 97-42 win over Notre Dame (Md.) in their Scotty Wood opening round.

• Through its first two games, Lycoming leads the MAC Commonwealth with an average of 94.5 points per game, a +38.0 scoring margin, a .481 3-point field goal percentage, 55.5 rebounds per game, a +20.0 rebounding margin, a +8.5 turnover margin, 7.0 blocked shots and 21.5 assists per game.

• Before the Penn State Hazelton game, the Warriors hadn't scored 100 points since a 101-50 win over FDU-Madison on Feb. 14, 1998.

• Senior Hailey Fricke had a career-high four assists against Penn State Hazleton and a career-high three steals against Valley Forge.
