Andrew Canavan (Caldwell, N.J./James Caldwell), freshman
Devyn Goda (Reading, Pa./Reading) and sophomore
Emilie Kramer (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro Area) each won three individual events and a relay race to lead the Lycoming College swim teams to a sweep of Lebanon Valley College in Middle Atlantic Conference action on Sunday, Jan. 22, at the Arnold Sports Center. Canavan and Goda helped the men's team to a 128.5-103.5 win and Kramer led the women to a 134-104 victory.

Goda paced the Warriors (4-6 overall, 4-5 MAC) with individual race wins in the 200-meter breaststroke (2:41.54), 100-meter butterfly (1:07.42) and the 100-meter breaststroke (1:10.67), as the men's squad won nine of the 13 events. Canavan added wins in the 200-meter individual medley (2:27.96), the 200-meter backstroke (2:16.73) and the 200-yard freestyle (2:11.33).

Freshman
Will Gillespie (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) added a win in the 400-meter freestyle (4:45.36) and junior
Callan Jordan (Hurley, N.Y./Western Academy of Beijing) won the 100-meter backstroke (1:02.94), taking the event at the fifth straight dual meet.

The 200-meter medley relay team of Canavan, Goda, Gillespie and freshman
Theo Gouskos (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) also posted a winning time of 1:59.93, posting a time more than 10 seconds faster than the second-place finisher.

Kramer led the women's team with three race wins, as Lycoming won nine of the 13 races to finish the season with a 4-6 overall record and a 4-5 mark in MAC competition. Kramer won the 200-meter individual medley (2:38.81), the 200-meter breaststroke (3:01.62) and the 50-meter freestyle (29.54).

Morgan Black (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) and sophomore
Scarlet Ojeda (Slatington, Pa./Northern Lehigh) added two wins a piece, with Black taking the 100-meter freestyle (1:06.49) and the 100-meter breaststroke (1:25.87) in her final dual meet and Ojeda winning the 100-meter (1:17.11) and 200-meter butterfly (2:54.49) races.

Emily Jacobs (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport) also won a race in her final dual meet, posting a time of 1:19.89 to take the 100-meter backstroke.

The 200-meter medley relay team of freshman
Michaela Thode (Anderson, Calif./West Valley), Black, Kramer and junior
Brianna Zawadzki (Austin, Texas/Round Rock) also notched a time of 2:18.07 to win while swimming the race as an exhibition team.

The Warriors get back in action at the Middle Atlantic Conference Swimming Championships at the Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa., with the four-day event kicking off at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9.
