WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Holding a half-game lead on the last of five MAC Commonwealth Championship slots, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will host Arcadia University on Sunday, Jan. 15, in a key conference game in Lamade Gym.

The Warriors (9-6 overall, 3-4 MAC Commonwealth) are out to finish the first half of league play with a .500 record after falling in its last two games to two of the top three teams in the conference standings. The Warriors dropped their last outing, 63-50, to Albright, as junior Shelby Mueller led the team with 15 points and 12 rebounds.

The Knights (6-9 overall, 2-4 MAC Commonwealth) are coming off a 74-68 loss to Lebanon Valley, as Maureen Fiocca led the team with 21 points and five assists.

• The Warriors are second in the MAC Commonwealth in field goal percentage defense (.365).

• With her eighth of 12 rebounds against Albright, junior Shelby Mueller became the 20th player in school history to grab 400 in a career.

• With 54 career blocked shots, Mueller needs two more to tie Kathy Hoffman (1994-98) for sixth in school history in career rejections.

• Freshman Akilah McFadden needs four more steals to become the 25th player in school history to post 45 in a season.

• McFadden needs four more assists to become the first Warrior rookie to post 50 assists in a season since senior Nicole Calella had 80 in 2013-14.

• With 135 career steals, Calella needs four more to tie Lyndy LeVan (1999-03) for 12th in the program's career record book.
