WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â With four teams in the hunt for three remaining MAC Commonwealth Tournament slots heading into Saturday, Feb. 20, the regular season finale for all teams in the league, the Lycoming College men's basketball team may have to do a lot of scoreboard watching to determine its seed, but the only sure way to earn a slot in the tournament is by beating Lebanon Valley in Sorrentino Gymnasium.
The Warriors (16-8 overall, 8-7 MAC Commonwealth) can lock up a seed in the conference tournament in 13 of the 16 possible scenarios that can play out through Saturday's MAC Commonwealth games, earning as high as a No. 2 seed in the process. A win would guarantee one of those tournament slots, while a loss would require help from other teams.
The Flying Dutchmen (15-9 overall, 9-6 MAC Commonwealth) are one of two teams in the league that have clinched a berth.
