WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -Â Having met in the conference tournament in each of the last two years, with each team winning once, the Lycoming College men's basketball team and Alvernia University will square off on Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 8 p.m., in what will feel like a late-season game in Lamade Gym.
The Warriors (7-1 overall, 3-0 MAC Commonwealth) made a second-half comeback for the third straight game in its last outing to overpower Widener, 74-62. Junior
Chris Wallace led the way with 15 points and nine rebounds and senior
David Johnson added 14 points and four steals.
The Crusaders (5-2 overall, 2-1 MAC Commonwealth) posted a 76-70 win at Messiah in its last outing, as junior Mike Miller led five players in double figures with 17 points.Â

• The Warriors are looking to improve to 4-0 in conference play for the first time since 2012-13, when it started 5-0.
