WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Coming off a tough loss at Widener, the Lycoming College men's basketball team will get back on the court on Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 8 p.m. when it heads to Messiah College for another MAC Commonwealth contest.
The Warriors (9-3 overall, 2-2 MAC Commonwealth) overcame a 10-point deficit against Widener and took a nine-point lead in the second half, but fell victim to a strong finish from the Pride in an 81-74 loss on Saturday, Jan. 2. However, the Warriors have still won six of their last eight games.
The Falcons (3-9 overall, 0-4 MAC Commonwealth) are looking to snap a seven-game skid that includes losses to Beloit and No. 4 Hope during a tournament in Orlando. Messiah was led by 19 points from sophomore Micah Brown in their last outing, an 80-58 loss to Hope.
