WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After an unexpected off-day on Saturday thanks to Winter Storm Jonas, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will kick off the second half of its MAC Commonwealth season on Wednesday, Jan. 27, at Alvernia in a 6 p.m. tip-off at the Physical Education Center.

The Warriors (10-7 overall, 5-3 MAC Commonwealth) were led by a season-high 22 points from senior  Olivia Manges in a 69-65 loss to King's on Jan. 18.  Sophomore Shelby Mueller finished with 10 points and senior Chelsea Henderson added nine and a career-high tying five assists.

The Crusaders (7-11 overall, 2-7 MAC Commonwealth) dropped a close game to Widener, 70-69, in its last outing. Junior Tyra Roberts led the way with 20 points and senior Stevie Fortna  added 17.
