WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The long winter has taken another toll on the Lycoming College softball team's season, as the team's home-opening doubleheader against Elmira on Tuesday, March 17, and the team's crosstown rivalry doubleheader at Penn College on Thursday, March 19, have been postponed. The Warriors' groundcrew is working hard on ensuring that the field will be ready as soon as possible, with sights set on Saturday, March 21's doubleheader against Alvernia, which is set for a 1 p.m. first pitch at the Shangraw Athletic Complex.
 
The doubleheader against Elmira will be made up on Thursday, April 23, at 3 p.m. The doubleheader with Penn College will be made up on Thursday, April 16, at 3 p.m. at Elm Park in Williamsport.
