WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After posting its first win of the season on Saturday against Ursinus, the Lycoming College women's basketball team gets back on the court on Tuesday, Nov. 17, when it hosts Penn State Hazleton at Lamade Gym.
The Warriors (1-1 overall) are coming off a 63-53 win over Ursinus, with junior
Nicole Calella leading the way with 18 points and seven assists and senior
Chelsea Henderson posting 17 points, six rebounds and five steals. Lycoming outscored Ursinus, 19-9, in the third quarter to cruise to the win.
The Lions (3-0 overall) are coming off a 74-46 win over Davis College on Tuesday, Nov. 10. Senior Alexis Daly led the Lions with 18 points and sophomore Kamryn Dodd added 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Warrior Notes• The Warriors are 22-15 all-time in home openers, including 17-5 under head coach Chris Ditzler.
