WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Coming off a comeback from a 10-point deficit in the championship game of the Dutch Burch Tip-Off, the Lycoming College men's basketball team will look for its third win in a row on Tuesday, Nov. 17, when it heads to Fredonia for a 6 p.m. game.
The Warriors (2-0 overall) were led by Dutch Burch Tip-Off Tournament MVP
David Johnson during the two games, as he averaged 17.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game. Sophomore
Alex Newbold also made the all-tournament team after averaging 13.0 points in the two games.
The Blue Devils are opening their 2015-16 season after going 2-22 last year. Sophomore forward Ian Helps led the team with 14.0 points per game.
Warrior Notes• The Warriors have won 12 of the 18 all-time Dutch Burch Tip-Offs.

David Johnson is the first Warrior point guard to be named the Dutch Burch Tip-Off Tournament MVP since Lycoming Athletic Hall of Famer Tommy Wesner won the award in back-to-back years in 2001-02.

Eric Ishman is second in the MAC Commonwealth in 3-pointers made per game (2.5).
• Ishman needs one more 3-pointer to become the 38th player in school history to hit 30 in a career.
• Sophomore
Alex Newbold is third in the MAC Commonwealth in assists per game (4.0) and junior
Nykolas King is fourth (3.5). Both players are tied for third in the league in steals (2.5).
• Senior
John Monkam reached 200 points in his career with his seventh of 10 against Misericordia.
