WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Coming off the team's first road win over Lebanon Valley in eight years, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will look to make another statement today when it looks to knock Stevenson from the ranks of the Commonwealth Conference's unbeaten.
The Warriors (10-5 overall, 3-4 Commonwealth) jumped out to a 17-1 lead in the first half and shut the door on the Dutchmen on Wednesday, Jan. 14, when they went on a 9-2 run to start the second half. Senior
Janelle Ziminski spurred the first-half run with 10 of her 11 points in that span.
The Mustangs (12-2 overall, 6-0 Commonwealth) have not lost since Nov. 25, riding a 10-game winning streak into Lamade Gym after a 59-46 win over Hood on Jan. 14.
